Hughes and Associates are appointed as a subcontractor on behalf of a national FM service provider to deliver full passive fire preventative services on fire door PPM inspections, fire door maintenance and fire door replacements.

All inspections are completed with full remediation evidence that includes ‘before’, ‘after’ pictures, PDF survey results and remedial programmes. The completion of the process is to allow a full audit of the system to be conducted allowing 3rd Party Certification with FIRAS and compliance with the NHS Trust.

The inspection and remediation contract of every fire door within the two site London Hospitals equates to over 4000 fire doors.
