HAPS’ multidisciplinary professional services structure ensures an integrated and holistic approach to the major reports. The objective of our survey is to give the client a complete plan to form the essential information required by each NHS Trust, as defined by NHS Estate Code and the Risk-Based Methodology for calculating backlog charges.

We perform the surveys for many of the diverse organisations that form part of the provision of health and social care, in addition to NHS Property Services, General Practice Clinical Commissioning Groups, NHS Foundation Trusts, NHS Acute Trusts, NHS Mental Health Trusts we also carry out this function for PFI Special Purpose Vehicles, FM Service Providers and Funders.
